Timberline Temple - This display represents the mountains. The towering Blue Atlas Cedar, displayed on a natural burl, has the quality of an ancient alpine sentry who has not only weathered countless storms, but has grown to a size where it is virtually immune to them. The longboard depicts a hawk drawn in the tribal art style of the Pacific NorthWest. Not only does the hawk have spiritual connotations, but we can imagine the raptor returning to it's lofty perch, as both tree and bird dominate the surrounding landscape. An accent plant of sedum growing on a volcanic rock, strengthening the connection to the Cascade range.
